Hi everyone, I used to find the tutorials at CodeGrrl and tutorialtastic very useful – don’t think I’ve ever posted in the CodeGrrl forums so you probably don’t know me! Since then I’ve started studying Computer Science at university, and so have moved away from web design & dev while learning Java (fav language now) and being force-fed data structures (which are useful, but do admit that spending an entire term finding the big-O complexity of, and then coding up increasingly obscure data structures in C++ is not the most exciting). Recently I attended a cool web dev conference so my interest in web has been resparked. My domain has been neglected for so long…

So hi! My other interests include books (just finished reading an Atwood novel), collecting and making earrings and make-up. Those last two are recent interests, they started last year, somehow I turned into a girly-girl without noticing.

Hi everyone! I’m a newbie here as well and hope to be a good participant and follower of this forum.
