It has just been brought to me attention that Google is flagging GWG as ‘potentially harmful’.
The site is not distributing malware although does look like it’s been caught by a spammy viagra hacker thanks to a) out of date themes and b) out of date WordPress.
The irony of me not updating one of my own sites when security is something I’ve built a reputation on is not lost on me :p
Anyway, as a temporary measure because work+pregnancy+christmas etc means my time is somewhat limited right now, I’ve dropped the main site down to the default WP theme and removed some plugins/widgets (although not much of that should have any effect on you guys).
I do have a whole bunch of (mostly WordPress) posts in the works for the new year, as well as new versions of my ‘personal’ scripts which should fix some of those annoying bugs floating about, so rest assured you lot have not been forgotten about
